Which is the best tooth paste available?

There is nothing like the best toothpaste. Any toothpaste with the right amount of calcium & fluoride content should be used regularly, by a healthy adult. Avoid using gel based toothpaste & herbal toothpaste with high abrasive content.

How frequently should we brush?

Ideally, brushing is recommended after every meal but brushing twice a day(morning & night) & after having any sticky or sweet food is advised.

Yes, it is as necessary as brushing your teeth. Brushing removes food deposits on outer & inner surfaces of teeth whereas flossing helps to remove the food particles in between two teeth.
